Planning an event of this magnitude can be a little intimidating and stressful. We will help alleviate the stress and worry of planning your wedding reception. We look forward to serving you.
• All weddings require a non-refundable $500 desposit to hold your date.
• 50% of the balance is due 1 month before the event.
• Finalized menu selections required 30 days prior to event.
• Final number of persons attending the event is required two weeks prior to the event.
• Final payment is due at the event or before.
• At least 75 adults are required for delivery and service for weddings.
• All events will be charged an 21% service fee and 6% PA sales tax.
• Serving time will begin once cocktail hour begins and extend up to 5 hours.
• SEI Catering does not provide bartenders or alcohol.
• A $175 fee is charged to remove trash if facility does not supply trash removal.
