Agreement to Terms
By using seicatering.com or placing a catering order with SEI Catering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
SEI Catering provides off-premises catering services including full-service catering, drop-off delivery, and customer pick-up. All services are subject to availability. SEI Catering reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Ordering & Payment
Prices are quoted per-person or per-item and are subject to change until a written confirmation is issued. A deposit is required for wedding bookings to hold your date. For other events, payment terms are discussed at the time of booking. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Final payment is due at the completion of your event unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Guest Count & Changes
A final guest count is due two weeks before your event. SEI Catering will prepare food based on the confirmed guest count. Increases requested after the two-week deadline may not be accommodable. If your count drops after that deadline, we may be able to work with small adjustments, but significant reductions may not lower the amount owed, since food and staffing are already being arranged by then.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated to SEI Catering as soon as possible. Deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations within two weeks of the event may result in charges up to the full quoted amount. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy at seicatering.com/refund-policy for full details.
Equipment
Any equipment (chafing dishes, trays, utensils, etc.) provided by SEI Catering for drop-off or pick-up orders must be returned in good condition. The customer is responsible for lost or damaged equipment and will be charged replacement cost.
Limitation of Liability
SEI Catering's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are fully licensed, inspected, and insured in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Website Use
The content on seicatering.com is provided for informational purposes. Please don't copy or reuse our content without asking first. We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time.
Privacy
Information you submit through our website (contact forms, quote requests, online payments) is used solely to fulfill your request and is not sold to third parties. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Changes to These Terms
SEI Catering reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at seicatering.com/terms.
