How we handle your catering order from confirmation to your event.

Service Area
SEI Catering serves Lancaster, Lebanon, Berks, and York Counties in Pennsylvania. Events outside this area may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis; please contact us to confirm availability before placing an order.
Service Types
We offer three service options: (1) Full-Service Catering, where SEI Catering staff set up, serve, and clean up at your event location; (2) Drop-Off Delivery, where food is delivered to your venue ready to serve without on-site staff; (3) Customer Pick-Up, where you pick up your order from our kitchen. The service type you select affects pricing and any applicable delivery fees.
Delivery Fees
A flat delivery fee applies to drop-off delivery orders. This fee is shown during the quoting process before you confirm your order. There is no delivery fee for pick-up orders.
Delivery Timing
Delivery and pick-up times are confirmed when your order is finalized. SEI Catering will make every effort to arrive at the agreed time.
Pick-Up Orders
Pick-up orders may be prepared hot (ready to serve) or cold (refrigerated for reheating), depending on your preference selected at the time of order. Please be ready to receive your order at the scheduled pick-up time.
Equipment Return
For drop-off and pick-up orders, the customer is responsible for returning all equipment and supplies provided by SEI Catering (including chafing dishes, serving trays, and utensils) unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Failure to return equipment may result in replacement charges.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed once payment terms have been agreed upon and any required deposit has been received. You will receive a written confirmation of your order details, guest count, service type, and scheduled time. Please review this confirmation and contact us right away if anything looks off.
Food Allergies
SEI Catering cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, or other common allergens. Customers with severe food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order so we can do our best to accommodate.
