SEI CATERING Fundraising Meal Information

Sample Menu Ideas:

Roast Beef Dinner: Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Green Beans, Gravy, Roll & Butter and a Whoopie Pie. Our cost for the meal is $11.00 per meal 250 meals and under. $10.75 251-499 meals sold and $10.50 for meals 500 and over. Organizations have been selling for $15 or $16.

Pulled Pork Meal: Pulled Pork, BBQ Sauce, Macaroni & Cheese, Baked Beans, Apple Sauce, Sandwich Roll, Whoopie Pie. Our cost for the meal is $10.25 per meal 250 meals and under. $10 251-499 meals sold and $9.75 for meals 500 and over.

Boneless BBQ Chicken Thigh Meal: BBQ Thighs, Gourmet Potatoes, Baked Beans, Apple Sauce, Dinner Roll & Butter and a Whoopie Pie. Our cost for the meal is $10.25 per meal 250 meals and under. $10 251-499 meals sold and $9.75 for meals 500 and over.

Organization Responsibilities:

*Create/print tickets-4-5 weeks ahead of sale date.

* 1 1/2 Hours before serving time

  • Provide 3-4 8 foot tables
  • Digital Scale
  • Helpers to put rolls in baggies (SEI provides baggies) prior to meals being pick up.
  • Helpers to place “cold items” in bag (Number based on total sales)

* 30/45 Minutes before serving time, provide the following helpers:

  • Helper per each hot food item for dishing out the food.
  • 3 or more helpers holding the “to go” container as they are filled with food.
  • 1-2 helpers to put filled containers in bags at the end of the line.
  • At least 3-4 helpers to meet the cars as they pull up and get their food.
  • 1 Helper to refill the empty food pans on serving line with new pans from hot box.

********Minimum number of helpers needed is 12. If sales are greater than 600 we recommend 2 lines to dish out food so helper number is about 25 and 8 foot tables is 6 or 7.

Minium number of meals for the fundraiser is 150.
